Description

Also known as "The Headless Rider" and #The Black Rider" from Durarara anime. Celty is one of my favorite all time anime characters and when saw this cosplay just had to take a picture and hug her :D
I even asked her to lift visor so that I could see the face of one cosplaying her. I can assure you she had a head ;)
